Delivery

• Delivery times will be confirmed via email after order placement.
• A contact phone number is required for delivery coordination.
• Someone must be present at the delivery address to receive the order.

Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of delivery may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee as ingredients and preparation may have already begun.
• Same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds as products are prepared fresh for delivery.

Quality Guarantee

• If you're not satisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Photographic evidence of quality issues may be required for refund consideration.
• Approved quality issues will result in a full refund or replacement at our discretion.
