My passion for authentic Danish desserts began with my great-great aunt's bakery in Denmark, where her famous Danish almond cake was a local favorite. Although the bakery has long since closed, our treasured recipe has been lovingly passed down through my family for generations.

Now based in Nevada, I continue to honor that sweet legacy by crafting treats that blend traditional Danish delights with a modern twist—each bite is a celebration of family heritage and the timeless joy of good dessert.
